Return & RETURN Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds due to custom design of our hoophouses. When you purchase your hightunnel you pay a deposit of $500 thats non refundable. If you received damaged or missing items in your kit we are more than happy to replace them FREE of charge within 30 days of the delivery or pick-up date. Please see below for more information on our replacement policy.
REPLACE DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
All items damaged or missing must be reported to email@example.com within 30 days of the pick-up or delivery date. If you have a damaged item we require a photo of the damage, please email that photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. If Roberts Ranch is not notified of the damaged or missing items within 30 days of the pick-up or delivery date we are unable to replace the items free of charge.
ITEM REPLACEMENT PROCESS
To replace a missing or damaged item, please email customer service at email@example.com or call 801-210-9395. If you have a damaged item please include a picture of the damage in an email, to the address above. We will get back to you about the missing or damaged items within 1-2 business days. Please note that if your reporting damage 30 days after the pick-up or delivery date, the requested items can not be replaced free of charge. A quote will be sent to you for the price to replace the items in question.
Should this fall under our guarantee we will replace it free of charge, as long as it's within the 30 days. Before any items are replaced, we will review the circumstances surrounding the situation to determine if it falls under our guarantee.
Please allow at least 14 business days to process and ship new items. We will notify you by email when it has been processed and shipped.
Hightunnels cannot be returned or exchanged, but if you have damaged items we will replace them free of charge given they meet the conditions above. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage or explanation of missing items within 30 days of receiving the hightunnel. Exceptions are rare but depending on the situation we are happy to work something out! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the email above, we are happy to answer all the questions you may have.
If you have missed the 30 days after delivery or pickup date, the desired items will be charged at cost
